What do I do if I have a Pet Emergency after hours?

After hours, you can call (702 485 5200).  You will be directed to one of our emergency hospitals.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Appointments are preferred. You can call ahead or, down load our PetDesk App to schedule as well. We see patients and emergencies on a Walk-In basis 7 days a week.

What are the costs for services?

Our Exam fee is $53.  Please call (702) 485-5200 to discuss prices for additional services with one of our customer service representatives.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Debit or Credit with a Visa or MasterCard Logo, cash, check* (with valid form of ID and Social Security number). 

Can I make Payments?

Payment is required at the time of service.

Do you take CARE CREDIT?

Our Hospital does NOT offer Care Credit as a form of payment. 

How does PET INSURANCE work?

Pet insurance reimburses the owner after the pet has received care and the owner submits a claim to the insurance company.  Our facility does not have In- House Insurance plans, but we CAN help file claims once services have been paid in full.  Take the time to research various pet policies before choosing the right one for your pet family. 

What do I do if my pet is having surgery?

Prior to surgery, it is important to fast all pets.  Please take away all food, water, and treats no later than midnight the night before.  All pets need to be checked in between 7am and no later than 9am Mon-Fri .and between 8am – 9am on Saturdays. If your pet is on any medications, or has had complications with anesthesia in the past, please CONTACT your Doctor immediately.
