Here at Cadence Hospital, our staff is committed to the care and well-being of all pets staying with us. We have staff attending to your pet family 24 hours a day with on-site veterinary care, should your pet need it. Quite simply, we want our Pet Hotel to be the best place your pet has ever had to stay while their humans are on vacation! Plus, our Henderson veterinary team is on-site!

Our boarding facilities include private dog runs that are perfect for large and even giant breeds. We have suites that are designed for multiple animals. We walk all dogs at a minimum of three times per day unless requested differently by the owner.

Our cat condos can be reserved individually. If your cat prefers some extra room, two or more can be reserved to provide more space. These condos can open below or on each side to allow cats from the same family to mingle with each other.

Our boarders receive Science Diet brand food unless specific dietary considerations are needed. All pets are fed per the owner’s instructions, and water is available at all times. Bedding is provided and is changed and cleaned regularly.

To ensure the health and safety of all pet guests, we require that they are current on vaccinations and free of both intestinal and external parasites to ensure the health and safety of all animals’ guests. All dogs must be current for Parvovirus, Bordetella, Distemper, Influenza, and Rabies. All cats must be current on Feline FVRCP Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia, and Rabies. A bi-annual negative fecal test is required for all animals boarding with us.

Please note: we will only be allowing food, treats, specialty feeding bowls and things necessary to the care of the animal to be left in boarding. All medications including prescription and over-the-counter must be in original containers with the name and dose on them. We will not accept or administer any medications in secondary containers.
